Job Title: Business Solution Strategist

Job Overview:

The Client Solutions Engagement Analyst plays a pivotal role in leading the first phase of client journeys for an international digital solutions provider. This individual will be responsible for guiding early conversations with clients, collaborating closely with them to understand their needs, and shaping solutions through partnerships with Tech Leads, UX designers, and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client discovery and whiteboard sessions alongside a Tech Lead.
  • Translate ambiguous client needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Create proposals, timelines, and solution outlines.
  • Collaborate with Sales, UX, QA, and Engineering on scoping.
  • Identify constraints, risks, and edge cases early in the conversation.
  • Break down solutions into project phases and feature groupings.
  • Document deliverables, including process flows, vision docs, and feature sets.
  • Validate requirements with internal teams before client delivery.
  • Presentation of project proposals with clarity, confidence, and empathy.
  • Facilitate handoffs to delivery teams after proposal acceptance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in consulting or custom software delivery environments.
  • Proven background supporting pre-sales, scoping, or discovery phases.
  • Strong history of working with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices, and common delivery risks.
  • Experience in mid-sized or growth-stage tech firms.
  • Background collaborating with stakeholders across business and tech.
