Job Description
  • Financial Leadership: Lead our LATAM operations from Sao Paulo, overseeing daily financial transactions and managing cash flow.
  • Budget Development: Collaborate with the country director to develop and manage budgets, ensuring timely delivery of reports and analysis.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with reporting standards, statutory requirements, and regulatory obligations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in finance/accounting, with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.
  • Certifications: CPA certification preferred.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of local taxation regulations, management reporting, financial accounting, and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Xero/Oracle, strong Excel proficiency, and knowledge of logistics or O2O business models.
