Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess profiles to determine general fit.
- Validate candidate interest and motivate participation through communication via phone, Skype, LinkedIn, or email.
- Schedule internal interviews, send invites, and keep system records updated.
- Interview candidates to assess qualifications by validating profile, experience, interests, commitment, and problem-solving abilities.
- Confirm technical interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience; previous experience in recruiting roles is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with strong listening and persuasion abilities; good time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to constant changes.
- Previous experience with online and phone sales techniques is an advantage.
- Knowledge of IT industry head-hunting is beneficial.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
