Transportation Planning and Operations Expert

The ideal candidate is passionate about using data to deliver actionable plans that impact the business. This role involves providing solutions for in-station operations, both year-round and during seasonal peaks.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with the Supply Chain team to transform volume inputs into labor plan outputs on a weekly and daily cadence.
- Continuously improve the process of generating labor and supplies plans for Seller Processing Centers.
- Analyze execution gaps to improve future plans and collaborate across teams to ensure decisions align with the overall business strategy.
- Experience managing teams
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience delivering cross-functional projects
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent quantitative field
- Advanced SQL experience
