We are seeking a highly skilled Global Demand & Planning Analyst to join our team in delivering extraordinary results for farmers worldwide.

This candidate will be responsible for organizing, analyzing, and making decisions in the inventory planning process for AGCO's parts distribution network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operating costs, inventory value, and customer service levels.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Production facilities, and Purchasing to ensure new product availability in time to support launch dates.
  • Identify and incorporate product knowledge, dealer profiles, seasonality, and regional conditions to enhance inventory planning capabilities.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Forecast & Planning to improve parts availability and service.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual results/ accomplishments.
  • Manage and manipulate data in Power BI, Excel, SQL, Tableau.
