About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to serve as the key liaison between our production teams and clients across various regions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Monitor logistics performance and resolve clearance or shipment issues
  • Align delivery timelines with client expectations

Forecasting and Planning:
  • Collaborate with clients to validate demand forecasts and provide accurate planning
  • Assist production teams with forecasting and planning
  • Propose adjustments to improve efficiency and timelines

Project Management:
  • Lead new product, process, or operational launches and manage cross-functional teams
  • Identify risks and keep projects on track (on time, within budget)

Client Communication:
  • Be the main contact for key clients regarding logistics and project updates
  • Handle inquiries and provide issue resolution
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction and delivery experience

This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
