Project Management Specialist

This role involves participating in department processes and overseeing key activities such as reviewing contract documents to identify technical and contractual requirements, originating project scope for client approval, and managing changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive review of contract documents to ensure all technical and contractual requirements are identified and communicated to the project team;
- Develop and obtain client approval for project scope: Composition Drawings and Composition Overview;
- Implement change management processes for ongoing projects;
- Review and approve project documents, including Project Pipe Chart, ITP (Inspection and Test Plan), MRK (Mark Diagram), IDM, and PINs (Part Identification Number);
- Monitor production deviations and non-conformities, supporting teams involved to resolve issues effectively;
- Perform other tasks related to this position that will be discussed during the interview.
