This role plays a crucial part in department processes, focusing on the following key activities:
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough contract document reviews to ensure all technical and contractual requirements are identified and communicated to the project team.
- Develop and secure client approval for project scope, encompassing composition drawings and overviews.
- Maintain and implement change management processes for ongoing projects.
- Verify and approve project documents, including project pipe charts, inspection and test plans, mark diagrams, and identification documents.
- Analyze and resolve production deviations and non-conformities, facilitating collaborative resolutions with involved parties.
- Perform additional tasks as discussed during interviews related to this position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields is mandatory.
- Proficiency in office software packages, with emphasis on text editors and electronic spreadsheets, is required.
- Knowledge of Visio is desirable.
- Advanced English language skills are also desirable.
