Project Planner and Scheduling Expert

We are seeking a skilled Project Planner and Scheduling Expert to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in developing detailed schedules using Primavera P6, involving engineering, procurement, and production/mounting.
  • They will be responsible for tracking and monitoring critical paths in project meetings and providing inputs for monthly progress reports.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will support resource planning and prioritization of activities across different projects, scheduling activities according to project needs and production priorities.
  • They will also hold weekly meetings to monitor project portfolios and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Furthermore, the Project Planner and Scheduling Expert will support sales, engineering, and other departments by performing projections and simulations to establish resource forecasts and schedules.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in project execution methodologies is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Familiarity with Primavera P6 and Office Packages is necessary.
  • Knowledge of programming languages and logistics is desirable.
