- Provide resolutions to a diverse range of complex tasks.
- Deliver inputs on process improvement and operational initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for leadership, providing information and guidance on operational topics, and covering upper-level leaders.
- Drive special projects for corporate, operational, or client initiatives.
- Orient less experienced team leaders in order to improve levels of performance.
- Execute the continuity plan such as in natural disasters.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Broad technical expertise and company/industry knowledge.
- Accountable for functional, operational, and/or program management.
- Achieves goals through the work of others.
- Manages performance appraisals and pay reviews.
- Manages training for 3 or more employees.
- Manages hiring and termination actions.
