Job Title: Sales Executive

RSG Brasil is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Mato Grosso, Brazil. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for supporting sales representatives in the sales process, creating leads and new clients, and developing and reporting the Brazilian market for sales products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support sales representatives in the sales process, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of sales objectives.
  • Create and develop new business opportunities, identifying and pursuing potential clients and partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Brazilian market, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to prospects and clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and success.
  • Identify and address sales qualification gaps, ensuring clients receive the best possible service and support.
  • Expand and create new accounts, working closely with the implementation team to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the company, identifying opportunities for expansion and innovation.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success management, preferably in the agrochemical industry.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Intermediate English language proficiency.
  • Commercial mindset, goal-oriented, quick learner, and self-motivated.
  • Agrotech and food tech solutions expertise, with a strong motivation to learn and adapt to new products and technologies.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: Open to negotiation, with a starting salary in November 2024. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a performance-based bonus structure and opportunities for professional growth and development.
