Job Title: Technical Talent Developer

As a key member of our global talent team, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting exceptional technical talent with the perfect client. This involves developing customized recruitment strategies that meet client needs and requirements.

About The Role

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and project management skills. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and develop tailored solutions that deliver results.

  • Technical Talent Advisory & Evaluation: Analyze engineering resumes and portfolios to evaluate candidates' technical skills and experience against client requirements.
  • Engineering Capability Assessments: Lead technical screenings and interviews to assess problem-solving skills, depth of systems knowledge, and ability to apply engineering principles.
  • Strategic Client Advisory: Advise CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Product leaders on technical talent strategy and translate project requirements into talent specifications.
  • Technical Talent Pipeline Development: Curate and maintain a network of engineers and proactively surface candidates aligned with client needs.
  • Stakeholder & Team Alignment: Collaborate with engineering leadership to ensure candidates align with team practices, delivery models, and long-term architectural direction.
Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent in IT-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering).
  • Proven experience working with Sales Teams or in a Sales/pre-sales-facing role, with understanding of sales process and collaboration with sales professionals.
  • Data Engineering/Science Transition: Demonstrated track record of transitioning from software engineering to data engineering or data science.
  • At least 3 years in data-related roles with understanding of data engineering (ETL/ELT, data warehousing) and AI/ML concepts.
  • Ability to assess technical skills for Data Engineering, AI/ML roles.
  • Experience leading teams and remote collaboration across locations.
  • Experience in startup environment with flexibility to changing priorities.
  • Experience in multicultural environment and working with diverse teams.
