Cloud Contact Center Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cloud Contact Center Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of cloud-based contact center solutions for our clients. This role involves working directly with stakeholders to deliver scalable, integrated solutions tailored to client needs.

The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in Genesys Cloud platform with strong communication and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying cloud-based contact center solutions, developing and maintaining Architect flows, IVRs, call routing, and system integrations.

Key responsibilities include conducting discovery sessions, translating business needs into technical designs, overseeing migrations from legacy platforms to Genesys Cloud, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and optimizing system performance.

Additionally, the successful candidate will deliver technical documentation and knowledge transfer sessions, collaborate with stakeholders, and lead project status communications.

Qualifications for this role include 5+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud, including WEM/WFM and digital channels, skilled in building and supporting applications that leverage APIs, hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), and strong documentation skills.
