Job Title: Senior Technology Visionary

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to help drive innovation and execution in a dynamic engineering team for our platform applications. Our platform provides a seamless user experience and technical integrations for corporate payments customers, including UIs, APIs, webhooks, and data streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a long-term technology strategy and roadmap for our cross-cutting and core services.
  • Collaborate with other teams to define and implement a comprehensive architectural plan for our platform, aligning with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering teams.
  • Implement efficient engineering methods to reduce time-to-market.
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams to reuse development practices and components.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software engineering and leadership.
  • Expertise in rapid development and deployment of internal and external services using cloud computing platforms.
  • Experience writing high-quality automation, including unit, component, and integration tests.
  • Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements in cloud and data environments.
  • Excellent leadership, team-building, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
