Regional Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Field Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be based in Rio de Janeiro and requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistic or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor the efficient functioning of assigned fulfillment facilities and suggest improvements.
- Accumulate data from various sources, identify relevant information, and present it in a way that drives action.
- Foresee implications based on current data and trends, and take necessary actions.
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring objectives, limits, conformance, and information privacy.
- Train and direct seller associates on action and conformance of norms and practices at seller facilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistic or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in managing processes and analyses, metrics, and problem-solving.
- A knack for dealing with sellers as stakeholders/customers, with outstanding organizational and follow-up skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to set priorities and work under pressure.
- Willingness to work independently.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple sites simultaneously, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SQL.
