Maximize Commercial Opportunities

We are seeking a seasoned commercial professional responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute sales strategies within assigned territories to achieve booking goals.
  • Provide market insights, competitive information, and customer feedback to senior management.
  • Develop and implement business plans using marketing and financial tools to drive growth and differentiation.
  • Leverage product portfolio aligned with segment and business strategies to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • A university degree or equivalent relevant work experience; degrees in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering are preferred.
  • Experience in Industrial B2B Sales or Marketing is required; proficiency in quality, customer service, and manufacturing processes is a plus.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members and manufacturer representatives.
  • Accountability for achieving sales targets and maintaining standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including presentations.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM tools (Oracle, Salesforce).
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively across all organizational levels, including with suppliers and external customers.

Additional Information:

  • Extensive travel within Brazil and occasional international travel are required.
