We are seeking a seasoned Finance Lead to join our fast-growing organization, driving financial excellence and strategic growth. As a key member of the finance department, you will oversee end-to-end finance operations, including Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Investor Relations, and Controllership.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Manage Investor Relations, preparing and presenting reports for US-based investment funds.
  • Oversee the entire Controllership function, including closing the balance sheet and ensuring accounting accuracy.
  • Produce actionable insights to support decision-making and allocate capital for optimal return on investment (ROI)/return on invested capital (ROIC).
  • Operate and integrate financial systems, implementing lightweight business intelligence (BI) solutions for self-service reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in FP&A, Controllership, investment banking, management consulting, or finance roles in high-growth organizations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to build trust with US investors.
