As a key member of our Talent team, you will be responsible for extracting insights from complex data sets and providing actionable recommendations to drive business decisions.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with expertise in Business Intelligence dashboard development, data analysis, and visualization. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of relational data modeling concepts, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience in delivering commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect a data solution from scratch, defining KPIs and metrics to measure performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and identify required data sources.
  • Cleanse and manipulate data into usable formats, creating datasets and reports to meet requirements.
  • Present findings and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Deploy data and reports to data analysis tools and develop reports according to analyst-defined specifications.
  • Maintain and document the operational environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence dashboard development, data analysis, and visualization.
  • Familiarity with top-tier data analysis tools and technologies.
  • Solid understanding of relational data modeling concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in delivering commitments.
  • Superior organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.
  • Experience with ETL of data from various sources using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies (a plus).
  • Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture and/or experience with creating tabular data models in SQL Server (a plus).
  • Advanced English level.
