About the RoleThe successful candidate will oversee daily operations, reviewing work forecasts and productivity requirements. Safety programs and compliance are top priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop process improvements using Lean tools and techniques.
We're looking for experienced professionals with excellent communication skills and experience in employee management. Knowledge of Kaizen and Lean methodology is a plus. We offer opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2+ years of relevant experience may substitute for education requirement.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds during shifts.
- Fluency in English (written, verbal, and reading).
