Our ideal candidate will be a skilled professional responsible for developing strong relationships with partners based on trust and respect.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing commercial strategies to ensure effective execution of plans at the point of sale, generating benefits for both customers and the company.
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Achieving sales objectives in assigned territories.
  • Monitoring territory performance and facilitating regular meetings to discuss key performance indicators and progress towards goals.
  • Planning and organizing administrative activities, including budget control, payment of activities, price list updates, inventory management, promotional quotas, contact matrices, and current account control.
  • Ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Conducting field visits to monitor planned activities, observe competition, identify opportunities, and share findings with the sales team to develop market-responsive strategies.
  • Maintaining proactive communication with clients to present quarterly plans, launches, promotions, price reductions, and available sales tools.
  • Analyzing data from various sources to make informed decisions driving business growth, such as promoting the Promotional Club, negotiating growth plans, increasing distribution, and enhancing productivity and loyalty.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
