About the Role:

The Talent Development Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and grow top talent within the organization. They will also have a great sense of autonomy, organization, and teamwork, as well as creativity and proactivity in suggesting new ideas and opportunities for improvement.
