Agreement Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Agreement Delivery Specialist to join our team in Rio de Janeiro. The ideal candidate will be responsible for procuring and delivering spare parts on time, managing the end-to-end delivery process, and solving logistics challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Procure and deliver spare parts on time and according to client requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring timely shipment and quality standards compliance.
  • Solve logistics challenges, such as customs issues and shipping delays, to minimize downtime for clients.
  • Raise purchase orders for critical parts, including main components and swing sets, in alignment with project schedules.
  • Coordinate with project and internal teams to ensure manufacturing timelines support vessel docking schedules.
  • Coordinate classification certification of the unit with local classification offices.
  • Lead reviews and overhauls of main components in workshops, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with engineering and workshop teams to troubleshoot issues and validate component readiness.
  • Coordinate unit handovers and preservation activities and share SWR with customers monthly if applicable.
  • Propose technical upgrades and modifications to systems, supporting implementation and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Act as the primary interface between clients, internal teams, and external suppliers, providing regular updates on delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Assist the Contract Manager in updating delivery schedules for spare parts and ensure alignment with docking plans.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the 4-stroke sector, with a proven track record in engine systems design, development, and implementation.
  • Technical education, preferably a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Knowledge in process management and logistics.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of 4-stroke systems and their applications.
  • Experience in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
