Network Infrastructure Specialist

This role is responsible for providing exceptional technical support and ensuring seamless network operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
The Network Operations Center Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve network-related incidents and perform routine maintenance tasks. They will also be responsible for documenting and reporting on incident resolutions, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to mitigate future issues.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve network-related incidents in a timely manner;
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure network availability and performance;
- Document and report on incident resolutions and identify areas for improvement;
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate future network-related issues;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex network-related issues;
- Conduct thorough analysis of network performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Requirements:
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including protocols, devices, and architectures;
- Experience with network monitoring tools and technologies, such as Zabbix or Grafana;
- Proficiency in using network troubleshooting techniques and methodologies;
- Knowledge of IT service management principles and practices;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
