Responsabilidades- Atuar como consultor interno para gestores, apoiando em temas como estrutura organizacional, desenvolvimento de equipe, performance, sucessão e clima;
- Conduzir os processos de avaliação de desempenho, calibração e planos de desenvolvimento individual;
- Apoiar processos de recrutamento e seleção de posições estratégicas e operacionais, alinhando necessidades locais com diretrizes globais;
- Coordenar programas de treinamento e capacitação, promovendo o desenvolvimento técnico e comportamental das equipes;
- Implementar e acompanhar iniciativas de engajamento, cultura e comunicação interna;
- Apoiar líderes na gestão de conflitos, clima organizacional e mudanças estruturais;
- Atuar junto às áreas jurídicas e de relações trabalhistas para garantir conformidade legal e manutenção de um bom relacionamento com sindicatos (quando aplicável);
- Analisar e acompanhar indicadores de RH, propondo ações com base em dados (turnover, absenteísmo, headcount, tempo de contratação etc.);
- Participar da implementação de projetos de RH regionais ou globais (como digitalização, diversidade e inclusão, ESG, entre outros);
- Adaptar políticas e práticas globais de RH à realidade local da planta ou operação sob sua responsabilidade.
