We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Fulfillment Center in Cajamar-SP.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing all processes within a warehouse, including supervising a team of Area/Team Managers and their direct reports.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of Area Managers and hourly associates in outbound and/or inbound operations.
  • Accountability for meeting and exceeding operational goals.
  • Mentor, train and develop teammates for career progression and learning.
  • Manage and drive staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, performance levels, process change initiatives, and other Process Improvement/Six Sigma initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Advanced English Skills.
  • Employee and performance management experience.
  • Performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
