You are invited to contribute your expertise as an R&D Mechanical Engineer in a global innovation environment.

About the Role

As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing technologies and simulations applied to power transformers.

Your key objectives will include proposing and developing new technologies, products, and processes for both core and shell-type transformers.

You will perform mechanical design and supervise the manufacturing and testing of prototypes.

In addition, you will lead and manage R&D projects independently, ensuring delivery on time and with the required quality.

Maintaining and developing technical standards and design tools for transformers is also an important aspect of this role.

Further responsibilities include preparing technical reports and specifications, and participating in educational programs.

You will evaluate production processes and identify opportunities for improvement, while supporting factories in troubleshooting within your area of expertise.
