Senior Telecoms Business Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Senior Telecoms Business Analyst.

As a seasoned professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of business requirements for enterprise clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in understanding client needs, Telecom products, and network aspects to align business objectives.

  • Collect and collate business requirements for B2B telecom products on various network technologies.
  • Guide and coach stakeholders through the requirements gathering process.
  • Provide clarification and act as a point of reference for business requirement inquiries by solution design and project delivery teams.
  • Work with project teams to agree approach and keep them informed of progress.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, preferably in an internet/software development company. Fluency in English and Portuguese languages is required. Organizational skills, ability to work simultaneously on multiple assignments, knowledge of business analysis principles and methodologies, and experience of working within Waterfall & Agile methodology are essential.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is necessary. Previous experience leading architecture teams and availability to work from the office on a hybrid mode (at least 3 times per week) are preferred.
