Job Description:

Bring your expertise to life by leading the implementation of compliance programs across our diagnostics operating companies. You will serve as a liaison to business partners, providing direction and guidance related to the Diagnostic Platform and Operating Company-specific Compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the implementation of systems and infrastructure to support Compliance program initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison to business partners, providing direction and guidance related to the Diagnostic Platform and Operating Company-specific Compliance programs.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 8 years of recent related work experience (or 5+ years of related work experience with a Master's degree).
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global corporate environment.
  • Previous experience in the Life Sciences, Medical Device, Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, and/or Biotech industry with a multinational company.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and perform well in high-pressure dynamic environments.
