Life Science Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our Clinical Trials team. As a Clinical Trials Assistant, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth execution of clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with CRAs and RSUs to update and maintain clinical documents and systems, ensuring site compliance and performance within project timelines.
- Prepare, handle, distribute, file, and archive clinical documentation and reports according to scope of work and standard operating procedures.
- Review study files for completeness and assist with periodic reviews.
- Support CRAs and RSUs with preparation, handling, and distribution of Clinical Trial Supplies and maintenance of tracking information.
- Track and manage Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries, and clinical data flow.
- Serve as a central contact for clinical team communications, correspondence, and associated documentation.
- May accompany CRAs on site visits to assist with clinical monitoring duties upon completion of required training.
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- Ideal 1 year experience in healthcare environment or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, with contract negotiation or start-up activities experience preferred.
- Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.
