Position Overview: SAP SuccessFactors Functional Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a SuccessFactors Functional Administrator to enhance our HR Technology team. This position entails ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors talent management modules, specifically focusing on Recruiting and Onboarding . The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service through their expertise in SAP SuccessFactors. They will assist process owners during system updates, highlighting key enhancements to optimize user experience and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Provide ongoing technical expertise and guidance on SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
- Oversee daily operations, including system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Manage bi-annual updates and collaborate with leadership to establish enablement strategies.
- Work with HR technology and other departments to optimize processes and recommend configuration adjustments to meet business requirements.
- Continuously assess system capabilities to align with future organizational growth goals.
- Lead project management efforts for third-party integrations with SuccessFactors modules.
- Collaborate with the HR analytics team to develop and utilize custom reports and dashboards, providing support in data analysis.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system interface errors and related issues.
- Create and maintain documentation for systems and processes in partnership with process owners.
- Develop and uphold system administration procedures.
- Support end users by managing inquiries through our HR service delivery platform.
- Engage in current and future HR system projects, including the transition of core HR to cloud-based solutions.
- Conduct regular audits and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Interact with SuccessFactors Support to manage technical tickets as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors administration, particularly with Recruiting and Onboarding modules and Employee Central.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot system issues or previous experience as a systems administrator/analyst.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in English at an Intermediate/Advanced level.
- Strong partnership mindset, business acumen, and ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, with a sense of urgency.
- Experience with Microsoft Office; prior roles in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition are advantageous.
- Possession of SAP SuccessFactors Expert (SFX) accreditations is a plus.
- Experience with system implementation is beneficial.
