Position Overview: SAP Functional SuccessFactors Module Administrator
Join our dynamic HR Technology team at Lubrizol as we seek a talented SuccessFactors Module Administrator. This role focuses on the management, operational excellence, and enhancement of the SAP SuccessFactors talent management modules, specifically Recruiting and Onboarding. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service through their expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing technical guidance and support for the SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
- Oversee daily operations, including system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Manage bi-annual updates and collaborate with leadership to establish an enablement strategy.
- Work with HR technology and other departments to optimize processes and recommend configuration adjustments to meet business requirements.
- Continuously assess system capabilities to align with future organizational growth goals.
- Lead project management efforts for third-party integrations with SuccessFactors modules.
- Collaborate with the HR analytics team to develop and utilize custom reports and dashboards, assisting in data analysis.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system interface errors and related issues.
- Create and maintain documentation for systems and processes in partnership with process owners.
- Develop and uphold system administration procedures.
- Support end users by managing inquiries through our HR service delivery tool.
- Engage in current and future HR system projects, including transitioning core HR functions to the cloud.
- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Coordinate with SuccessFactors Support to manage support tickets as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors administration, specifically with Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central modules.
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting system issues or prior roles as a systems administrator/analyst.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal, at an Intermediate/Advanced level.
- Strong partnership approach, business acumen, and ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition is advantageous.
- SAP SuccessFactors Expert (SFX) certifications are preferred.
- Experience with system implementation is a plus.
