Main Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Ensure seamless center operations, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with the community manager to plan and execute networking events and promotions.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the center management team, resolving any issues.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a positive attitude.
- Basic IT skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- B1 or higher level of English communication skills.
