As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality customer engagement training programs for various brands and business units. Your primary focus will be on defining, developing, and delivering training services that meet the evolving needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a strategic partner to brand leadership to drive business priorities and ensure seamless execution of training initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions that address specific business objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment across the organization.
- Develop and translate/localize training content to address regional and local market requirements.
- Oversee the certification process for team members to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality training programs.
- Utilize learning technology to manage training courses and track participant progress.
- Lead program management, development, and execution of training programs in accordance with product business strategies and predefined impact metrics.
- Deliver training sessions that equip participants with essential skills related to effective communication, customer understanding, and selling techniques.
- Ensure the use of core Customer Engagement Training content whenever possible and provide coaching and mentorship to team members throughout their training journey.
- Collaborate with global teams to provide local training content needs and determine suitable core content for implementation.
- Analyze market data to identify new training needs and refine existing curriculum to optimize workforce effectiveness.
- Work with regional teams to drive quality and harmonization of Global Core content for the region.
- Ensure the identification and timely escalation of regional content requirements.
