Hotel Operations Manager

As a key figure in driving hotel operations, you will be responsible for the effective management of hotel functions to achieve and exceed revenue and guest satisfaction targets. The role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and experience in managing budgets and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to manage property-wide issues, including strategic projects and customer service.
- Develop and implement meaningful financial plans and strategic objectives.
- Provide inspirational leadership to the operational team and ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Coordinate the delivery of excellent service across all operational departments to meet guest expectations.
- Ensure costs are controlled and results are analyzed regularly to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Strong commercial expertise and experience in Hospitality Management or Food Service Operations.
- Experience in managing financial plans, revenue projections, and forecasting outcomes.
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems and previous experience in similar roles.
