This position involves working with multiple patients at once, requiring strong communication skills and patient safety awareness.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment.
  • Fully engage with a plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager.
  • Administer medication and treatments per POC.
  • Maintain accurate records of residents' conditions and report accordingly.
Qualifications
  • A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of PA.
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
