At our organization, we are pioneering the use of cutting-edge technologies to revolutionize the outsourcing and recruiting landscape.

We are seeking a skilled Senior Agentic AI Engineer to architect, code, and own agent workflows. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar alternative platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience integrating SaaS stacks, including Workable, Clay, Apollo, Zoho CRM, and Slack, using REST/GraphQL, webhooks, or serverless functions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Agent Workflow Development: Design, build, and maintain complex agent workflows that drive business outcomes.
  2. Integration Expertise: Integrate multiple SaaS tools to create seamless experiences for users.
  3. Vector-DB/RAG Component Setup: Set up vector-DB/RAG components like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS when retrieval outperforms prompt-only approaches.
  4. CICD and Observability: Build robust CI/CD pipelines and observability systems to ensure high-quality outputs.
  5. Metric-Based Decision Making: Establish weekly metrics, A/B prompt variants, and iterate quickly to drive improvement.
  6. Talent Development: Assist in hiring and coaching junior engineers and ops teams to develop future AI solutions.

This full-time contract role offers a competitive compensation package with regionally adjusted rates.

Compensation Ranges:

  • LATAM: $42,000-$66,000/year
  • Eastern Europe: $48,000-$72,000/year
  • North America: $72,000-$108,000/year

Exceptional candidates outside these ranges will still be considered.
