We're seeking a skilled leader to oversee the daily operations of our Customer Care Team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering customer intimacy.
Job OverviewThis is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a team of Customer Care Representatives, resolving issues and handling customer complaints and inquiries both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Customer Care Team, driving results and achieving customer satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, operations, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and responsiveness.
- Support team members in escalating problem resolution, managing complaints, and prioritizing tasks in collaboration with Solution Owners.
- Maintain day-to-day communication with customers and teams to ensure effective issue resolution and customer delight.
- Collaborate with planning teams to manage demand planning and stocking agreements effectively, ensuring optimal supply chain performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Customer Care or equivalent experience;
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English; Spanish (desired);
- Approximately 5 years of experience in Customer Care or Supply Chain roles;
