Job Overview:

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales and Partnerships to drive our sales strategy and forge key partnerships that will shape the future of financial services in LATAM and beyond.

This role is critical in leading both the sales team and our efforts to build strategic relationships, ensuring the continued growth and success of Cali.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, focusing on B2B client acquisition and retention.
  • Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships that align with Cali's mission and goals.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to create a seamless client experience.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, including reporting and forecasting.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to enhance Cali's market position.
  • Implement best practices for customer relationship management (CRM), using tools like HubSpot.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the fintech or payments industry.
  • Strong background in building and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven, with the ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Tech-savvy, with a deep understanding of CRM tools (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (preferred).
