We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Service Professional to join our team in Sao Paulo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our elevators and escalators.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer and service provider of elevators and escalators. As a Maintenance and Service Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on elevators and escalators;
- Conducting technical diagnoses and implementing solutions;
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction;
You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and support.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces;
You should also have experience working with elevators and escalators, as well as knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
