Job Title: Language and Cultural Bridge

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to video and audio interpretation sessions, conducting yourself in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate concepts and meanings according to established interpretation standards, avoiding omissions or additions.
  • Speak clearly in both languages, using proper pronunciation, titles, and polite expressions.
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during video and audio role-playing sessions at all times.
  • Act with impartiality and discernment during interpretation sessions, avoiding any judgments or prejudices.
  • Follow customer instructions, adhering to established standards and terminology, to ensure expectations are met.
Requirements:
  • Desirable experience in areas related to the English language, such as teaching, language assessment, translation, or interpretation.
  • Minimum age 18 years old.
  • Fluent English skills.
  • Residency in São Paulo (Greater São Paulo) or Rio Grande do Norte (Natal and Greater Natal).
  • Internet connection with a minimum download speed of 15 Mbps and 3 Mbps upload speed.
  • Wired internet service (cable or fiber), satellite internet not allowed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
