Job Profile

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Operations specialist to help design, deploy and maintain scalable cloud solutions. This role requires expertise in installing, integrating and operating end-to-end systems, managing production systems and overseeing CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage cloud infrastructure from design to production.
  • Support customers during onboarding, including data integration and system connectivity.
  • Research and resolve recurring environment issues.
  • Participate in incident response and serve as a technical escalation point.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve service design and architecture.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in Application Integration, SRE or Production Operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Azure, Terraform, GitOps and networking protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud-based technologies, knowledge of security best practices and certification in relevant areas such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
