About the Position

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our customer base, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of technical support inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively troubleshoot complex technical issues by collaborating with internal resources.
  • Elevate cases from various support channels involving customer-reported problems.
  • Oversee customer concerns requiring engineering engagement to address technical bugs and influence product development strategies.
  • Apply technical expertise in IAM areas to facilitate customer adoption.
  • Achieve exceptional customer satisfaction ratings in IAM areas.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS troubleshooting within a Technical Support role.
  • Familiarity with modern programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, or similar tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to document step-by-step problem-solving processes for various audiences.

This is an individual contributor position reporting to the Senior Support Service Delivery Manager. The successful candidate will possess expertise in web-based applications, APIs, monitoring tools, authentication technologies, and structured query languages.
