Pardot Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly talented and self-motivated individual to lead Pardot implementations from presales to deployment. As a key team member, you will work closely with clients to maximize their usage of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct requirements gathering, solution design, and contribute to statements of work
  • Communicate project outcomes to client-side stakeholders
  • Deliver user training and promote user adoption of Pardot
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics, including email marketing and marketing conversion
  • Experience in reporting and analyzing campaign activity using Pardot reports and make recommendations to the business
  • Familiarity with Sales Cloud features such as Engagement History, Campaign Influence, and the drag-and-drop email builder
  • Understanding of non-native Pardot integrations (e.g. Zoom, Zapier)
Requirements:
  • Experience delivering Salesforce or marketing automation projects
  • Successfully completed at least two Pardot implementations
  • Hands-on experience working with Pardot, certified Pardot Specialist, and certified Pardot Consultant
  • B2B marketing experience, ideally at agency level
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online
  • Able to liaise with stakeholders, particularly marketing leadership on the client-side
  • Strong interest in marketing technology and systems
  • Versatile and adaptable to changing workloads
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Self-awareness and ability to identify weaknesses/strengths
  • Experience mapping and implementing end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Attention to detail and thorough testing
  • Ability to think critically and project confidence
