About the Role:- Developing and implementing maintenance strategies to meet key performance indicators;
- Synchronizing activities with available resources for maximum efficiency;
- Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities, including reports on critical events and improvement opportunities;
- Participating in budget planning and providing cost estimates for projects;
- Monitoring costs against planned targets;
- Issuing regular maintenance reports, highlighting key metrics and leading weekly analysis sessions;
- Identifying alternative solutions to reduce time and costs while maintaining quality and environmental standards to ensure operational excellence of mechanical equipment across sites, following industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields;
- Intermediate English skills (Reading, Writing, Speaking) - desirable;
- Experience in Industrial Maintenance Planning;
- Proficiency in computer skills, quality management, and maintenance software.
