We are seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team of data analysts. As a data analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by providing actionable insights and supporting strategic decisions.
About the Role:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform business strategies.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop solutions.
- Evaluate data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across sources and reports.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and build automated reporting processes where possible.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working as a data analyst (junior to senior levels welcome).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Solid understanding of data analysis techniques, statistics, and KPIs.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and various data sources (e.g., cloud data warehouses, APIs).
- Experience with Excel and at least one programming language such as Python or R is a plus.
- English level: B2 or higher – able to work in an international team environment.
- Must be currently residing in Brazil or Portugal.
