Job DescriptionThis role involves developing and maintaining advanced energy market models to enhance analytical capabilities. You will collaborate with research and consulting teams to extract valuable insights from model results, while participating in the continuous improvement of modelling methodology.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop and refine complex energy market models leveraging your analytical skills.
- Extract meaningful insights from large datasets to drive informed decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate modelling outputs into actionable recommendations.
- Education: Relevant degree (MSc or PhD) in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (C++, Matlab, Python, R, Java).
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with fluency in English and Portuguese.
