
Drive Digital Growth Through Strategic Media Planning

We are seeking a results-driven leader to drive our digital acquisition strategy.
- Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Lead campaign performance across multiple brands and markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-converting customer journeys.
- Oversee media buying, budget allocation, forecasting, and return on ad spend (ROAS) optimisation.
- Pilot and implement new targeting strategies, ad formats, and funnel structures.
- Build and mentor a team of media buyers and performance analysts.
Requirements:
- 6-10+ years in paid media, with proven success scaling brands via Facebook & Google.
- Strong command of customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROAS, lifetime value (LTV), blended marketing efficiency ratio (MER), and attribution models.
- Deep experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and ideally post-purchase analytics tools.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to zoom in on numbers and zoom out on strategy.
- Bonus: Experience working with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar DTC stack.
