Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client profiles to design placement strategies.
  • Create and issue requests for proposals to selected carriers, lead clarifications, and conduct roadshows.
  • Negotiate with carriers, validate commercial and technical conditions, and finalize agreements.
  • Maintain control over placement workflows, oversee pipeline performance, and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Present market studies and strategic recommendations to clients, support business teams during meetings, and capture feedback for continuous improvement.

To succeed in this role, strong negotiation and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in benefits platforms and data tools.
