**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator Assistant to support the effective delivery of our programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will enter and manage data accurately and consistently using an Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system to support programme implementation and reporting.
  • S/he will coordinate and organize training events for national and international staff and partners, including preparation of materials and logistics.
  • The role involves preparing briefings and information packages on various development issues and subjects, requiring strong research and analytical skills.
  • Supporting record-keeping of project activities and contributing to report production as required is also essential.
  • Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, finance or international development.
  • Proven experience in data management, preferably using ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
