
Sales Operations Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Operations professional to join our team as a Business Partner.
This role is the primary business partner to the Vice President of Sales in LATAM - including all Portuguese and Spanish-speaking countries in the region. You will understand how world-class Sales teams operate, providing proactive data-driven insights, operational support, and consultative guidance to optimize sales performance, drive revenue, and achieve business goals by aligning sales activities with the overall company objectives.
You will act as a bridge between sales and other departments to ensure smooth execution and effective strategy implementation.
Responsibilities:- Drive Revenue Growth: Have a direct impact on the performance of the Latin America sales region (LATAM) by managing all GTM operating rhythms for your region.
- Operational Excellence: Be responsible for preparing and running forecast calls with the regional leadership team, pipeline health and management, QBRs, sales performance, etc.
- Data-Driven Insights: Proactively monitor sales health and performance dashboards, separating signal from noise, and driving down into the real metrics that matter.
- Strategic Planning: Leverage data to develop insightful discussion documents for quarterly business reviews.
- Territory Carving: Play a key part in planning cycles and focus specifically on territory carving, analyzing account-level targets, validating and aligning on region-level targets.
- Region-Specific Strategies: Understand the specific dynamics of the region to develop in-region GTM strategies to drive revenue growth in the region.
- Portuguese, Spanish, & English proficiency
- 4+ years proven experience in sales operations, business operations, strategy consulting, and/or the CPaaS industry
- Experience developing and running sales operating rhythms such as forecasting, MBRs, and QBRs
- Completed at least 2-3 cycles in annual planning
- Excellent analytical processing, problem-solving, synthesizing ideas, and written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years' of experience
